History of AllTech

AllTech Systems was founded by Benjamin F. Winchester and Marcellious “Deke” Stephens in 1990 in Houston, TX.  Through the company’s flexible recruiting methods and candidate submittal workflows, AllTech has continuously met or exceeded client expectations.
